Ana Grinta is a Spanish/English voiceover artist and translator based in Los Angeles, originally from Mexico City, with a career spanning many years in dubbing, commercials, narration, and e-learning. Known for her emotional range and precision, Ana has been the voice behind some of the most memorable characters in Spanish-language television and cinema.
Her dubbing work includes long-term roles such as Bree Van De Kamp in Desperate Housewives
(8 seasons), Juliet in Lost (6 seasons), Dr. Hahn and Dr. Avery in Grey’s Anatomy, Pam Douglas
in The Bold and the Beautiful, and Dr. Luisa Alver in Jane the Virgin, among many others. She recently dubbed in Spanish Judith Light's character's voice in the series Poker Face.
Ana has also dubbed several characters in cartoons, such as Dewey in Quack Pack, anime (Alanis in Magic Knights/Las Guerreras Mágicas), and video games, such as Frost in Rainbow Six Siege.
She has also done some motion capture work, as in Mrs. Garcia in the video game The Walking Dead 3.
As a translator, Ana has translated over 2,000 feature films into Spanish, in addition to TV series, commercials, books, and corporate projects.
